摘 要：《欧框增补版》于 2018 年问世，深入阐述了中介活动的定义并提供了诸多能力量表。本文以 《欧框增补版》为主，结合 2001 版《欧框》，基于具体翻译案例注，主要从转述和概述两方面解读“中介 活动”这一概念对传统翻译的借鉴意义。分析认为“中介活动”的提出在很大程度上拓展了传统的翻译活动， 符合当今社会的发展趋势，对指导翻译实践和翻译教学具有较高的应用价值。

Mediation in CEFR and its companion volume : concept and application

Abstract: Published in 2018, the companion volume of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) has elaborated in depth the mediation activities and provided a series of descriptor scales. Based on the CEFR (edition 2001) and its companion volume, through a translation case, this paper mainly interprets the value of the concept of “ mediation activities” to traditional translation from the perspectives of reformulating and summarizing. The analysis shows that the concept of mediation has greatly expanded the traditional translation activities, conforms to the development trend of today's society and has high application value in guiding translation practice and teaching.
