摘要

“卓越工程师教育培养计划”是根据党的十七大的指导方针提出的重大改革项目，如何从工程教育大国迈向 工程教育强国是卓越计划的首要问题。具有两百多年精英工程师培养历史的法国，在这方面可以给予我们 很多的启示和借鉴。本文以巴黎地区几所顶尖工程师大学校为例，回首法国工程师精英教育的传统与精 神，考察法国工程师学校对于学生、教师、规模的严格管理与控制，以及在全球化影响下所面临的挑战。

ABSTRACT

The "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program" is a major reform project proposed according to the guidelines of the 17th Party Congress, and how to move from a large engineering education country to a strong engineering education country is the primary issue of the excellent program. France, which has a history of cultivating elite engineers for more than two hundred years, can give us a lot of inspiration and reference in this regard. This paper takes several top engineering universities in Paris area as examples, looks back on the tradition and spirit of French elite engineer education, and examines the strict management and control of students, teachers and scale of French engineering schools, as well as the challenges they face under the influence of globalization.
