The background of digital intelligence and the construction of New Liberal Arts have put forward the requirements of "optimization of the major", "quality improvement of content " and " innovation of course model" in foreign language teaching. With the purpose of "optimizing the curriculum system", "strengthening value guidance" and "enriching teaching carriers and innovating teaching methods", the article discusses the necessity, the concept, the principle and the intelligent practice path of the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in Foreign Language Course Groups, and puts forward a proposal based on PTBDIOA model teaching reform model of curriculum ideology and politics construction of foreign language courses.
