The academic achievements of Russian sinology master Likhachov involve many fields of human
science, leaving precious spiritual and cultural wealth for later generations. Chinese scholars have carried out a continuous study on Likhachov's academic heritage in many aspects, including the translation
of his writings and the writing of research-based papers. In the 1980s and 1990s, Likhachov first came
into the attention of Chinese scholars as a literary critic and the translator and researcher of Igor's Expedition. In the first ten years of the new century, the Chinese academic circle devoted itself to the multidimensional exploration of Likhachov's academic thoughts and theoretical ideas, which ushered in the
research upsurge of Likhachov's studies. In the past ten years, the academic circle has continued to study
Likhachov deeply, especially the research works of Likhachov in the field of ancient Russian literature
and culture, which have been neglected by the academic circle for a long time, gradually gained more
and more attention. The contemporary value of Likhachov's academic heritage lies not only in its
construction and enrichment of our knowledge system in the field of Russian literature and art research,
but also in its ideological insights on cultural dialogue and harmonious coexistence among nations in
the world, which are of considerable practical significance in the context of the present era. |
